Business Program Officer/Coordinator

The Role

Solar Analytics is growing rapidly in Australia and is preparing for a significant scale up activities. In the rapidly changing energy sector, we have a number of specifically funded innovation projects that will position us as disruptors in the space. We are looking for a business graduate interested in working with one of Australia’s most successful high growth start-ups in the renewable energy space. 

Reporting directly to the COO, this role would manage the core programs and projects driving our innovation. Additionally, you will analyse key business functions to provide data driven insights and strategic guidance as the company scales.  

You would:

  • Ensure that funded project milestones are met and secure associated payments
  • Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress 
  • Implement program and project processes for effective outcome delivery 
  • Identify opportunities for cross collaboration across program areas 
  • Provide data driven insights to the Sales and Marketing Directors, COO and CEO
  • Communicate effectively across teams  
  • Assist COO as required 

Candidate Requirements

You would need to be an all-rounder in project management, business strategy, finances, and lean start-up methodology. You would have strong data analytical skills to provide business relevant intelligence. This role requires strong organisational skills, writing ability and attention to detail.  

Ideally you have knowledge or experience in the solar or energy industry. 

Although supported by our extensive team, this is a highly independent and self-motivated role for someone with the confidence to back themselves and create innovative solutions for business critical activities.
