Solar Analytics is expanding our leading solar home energy management platform with a Solar 4 Rentals (S4R) solution. This solution will provide our services to landlords and tenants through our existing 1000+ network of solar retailers. We are looking for an entrepreneurial hustler to enhance, develop, test and run this product from the ground up.
This person would be responsible for:
Managing a key program for S4R with an Australian DNSP
Developing our extensive S4R material, IP and experience into a "S4R product in a box" solution for our 1000+ Solar Retailer network
Running product market fit and reseller/user testing
Testing this product in the market and iterating until it has product market fit (includes early sales activities and product dev activities but does not require any direct sales, software coding or other technical skills)
Working with our product and sales teams to launch the offering nationally once proven in the trials
The person will report directly to the CEO and needs to be a strong all-rounder with some experience in the solar/energy industry (2-5 years). It is ideal for someone who craves the freedom, challenge and responsibility of being a cleantech entrepreneur in a thriving start-up, but is not yet ready to chase their own idea.
Although supported by our extensive product team, this is a highly independent and self-motivated role for someone with the confidence to back themselves and find that product market fit.
What we offer
The salary package will be commensurate with experience and will include bonus plus shares.
We offer flexible work arrangements, free yoga classes (upstairs!) and swimming access, and have an active social committee that celebrates wins and special events.
Solar Analytics is a forward-thinking business and our mission is to empower people to navigate the changing energy landscape. We are a BCorp, which means that have an on-going commitment to being a purpose-driven organisation that creates benefits for all stakeholders, not just shareholders. And we meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
This is nominally a full time role but we will support flexible working arrangements for the right person.
As part of Solar Analytics’ commitment to diversity, female applicants will be highly considered and are encouraged to apply.
Applications will be reviewed as they come in and applications will close once we find a suitable candidate.
This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to the fastest growing segment of the renewable energy industry.
