Solar Analytics is a successful green-tech start-up that provides software to maximise the value of rooftop solar for households and businesses. Founded in 2013 by a team of passionate, world leading solar experts, we have grown to a team of 35 with 50,0000 customers and are the largest and fastest growing provider in our industry. We are on a mission to power the world with rooftop solar.
We are seeking a Head of HR and Company Culture to take our exceptional staff and company culture to the next level. This is a senior role where you report directly to our CEO.

Your role will be to drive the continuous improvement and integration of these values with all staff, especially our first value of people first. This includes:
- Managing all HR processes
- Driving company culture, values and overall staff wellbeing Leading and initiating general company training, eg communications
- Assisting managers with recruitment, staff retention and performance management
- Provide coaching to improve management effectiveness and leadership
- Supporting all staff and guiding resolution of any issues, concerns or conflict
This is a flexible, 2-4 days per week part-time role. We support flexible working arrangements, including work from home and flexible hours. While it is not required that you live in Sydney, it is expected that you will typically be in our Redfern office a couple of days each week.
You will need to satisfy the following:
- 7+ years of HR and people management.
- Preference for experience with a rapidly changing tech company with 10-100 staff.
- Experience managing staff processes and building effective teams and HR processes.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Approachable, caring. insightful, people person.
- Outstanding mentoring, coaching and dispute resolution/conflict negotiation skills. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
